This is a white machine Valenciennes lace and Swiss embroidered cotton dress, dating from around 1910. Fairly straight at the front with fullness at the back. It has a boned stand collar and fastens at the back with buttons, hooks and loops. Some of the buttons are replacements and loops need repair.
Bust measures 86 cms, waist measures 70 cms. Length, shoulder to hem 141 cms.
There are several small brown age marks but apart from this good condition. Strong and wearable, would make ideal wedding dress (underslip needed).
