Antique 19th Century Miniature Chinese Jacket

This is a 19th Century miniature Chinese jacket. Although correctly detailed, the jacket is made of  English  cotton fabric rather than the more usual silk.  A lavender striped and sprigged dress fabric make up the main body of the jacket, the yoke and cuffs are a black glazed cotton. There is fine lavender grey piping to cuffs, koke and collar.  This was could have been made for a doll, or possibly for display.

It measures 33 cms, cuff to cuff laid flat.  24 cms long. 

There is a small piece cut from the back hem, apart from this good condition.
