Antique Indian Phulkari Silk Embroidered Shawl

This is a beautiful vivid Phulkari embroidered shawl/cover dating from the early 20th century. It has a brown cotton ground with cream, orange, pinkand purple silk floss embroidery.

Brown cotton ground has a join down the centre, not obvious from the correct side. There is some wear to embroidery at each end but it is generally in good condition.
