19th Century Whitework Handkerchief with Monogram, Birds and Crowns

This is late 19th Century hand embroidered whitework handkerchief with a crown to each corner, a bird in three corners and an 'AD' monogram to the fourth.

The embroidery is extremely fine, with drawn threadwork border and shadow stitch motifs, most likely Swiss.

Less than good condition, with scattered small holes and heavy repair to one corner.
