This is an original 18th Century hand coloured engraving from Niklaus von Heideloff's Gallery of Fashion,  dated  May 1798. It shows half mourning dress. Fair condition, it has three small tears to edges and slight creasing.

The Gallery of Fashion was the most beautiful and exclusive fashion journal of its time. It had a small circulation and therefore prints are fairly rare.
