This is a pretty silk reticule dating from around 1810 -20.
Made from silk satin with a steel bead and faux pearl trim. To one side there is delicate ribbon work embroidered garland and flowers framing a printed cartouche of lady in 18th Century dress.
Lined with pale pink silk which has split along one top edge. Interior silk fragile. Apart from this excellent condition, probably unused
