This is an interesting late 19th Century silk and linen needle lace border, in the style of 17th Century Gros Point de Venise with large raised motifs.
It measures 110 cms x 14 cms.
Colour is a dark ecru ( a little darker than the photos). Some of the fine brides are broken, apart from this good condition.
