This is a fine linen handkerchief with an embroidered crest in one corner.
The crest shows the arms of alliance of the marriage, in 1873, of Francois-Charles de Montal (1838 -1910), Count of Montsaulnin, Marquis de Montal, with Anne-Marie Zborowska (1853 - 1913), in South America. It has the coronet of a Count (nine pearls), two shields and two 'wild men'.
It is a soft white colour with one small dark grey dot, apart from this excellent condition.
