This is a late 19th Century Brussels Point de Gaze needlelace handkerchief. It has a monogram, E.O.C. to one corner.
It is a mid cream colour with a pretty floral design.
Lace has the occasional small hole. Centre lawn has some slight pulls and a couple of age marks, apart from this good condition.
