This is an unused Brussels Point de Gaze lace handkerchief in original box with ML monogram and the Bulgarian Crown.
Box has gold embossed MP with crown and hand written inscription 'Princesse Marie de Sa Mere'
Handkerchief is unused and perfect condition. Pale ivory colour with original crisp finish.
Box is a little scuffed. Purple lining paper is a little torn. It measures 36 ccms square.
Provenance - Maria Pia, Princess of Bourbon-Sicily, Duchess of Parma (1849-1882). - Marie Louise, Princess of Bourbon-Parma, Princess of Bulgaria (1870-1899)
This came from the estate of Dr Alexander Eugen, Duke of Wurttemburg (1933-2024).
