This is an Irish crochet lace jacket dating from around 1905 -10.
Lovely guipure crochet lace with beautiful raised motifs - bows and flowers with several small tassels.
Length at centre back 98 cms. Bust 86 cms. Photographed on a size 8 mannequin.
Pale cream colour. One small area of repair at hem, not very noticeable. Some darkening under arms. Apart from these minor faults, good condition.
